Minatare Winter Sports Covid-19 Procedures
Only those listed on an admissions list will be admitted to the games.
If you are not willing to follow the guidelines, please stay home.
If you do not feel well, please stay home.
Participants/Officials/Workers
Masks required when not actively participating for coaches, players, managers
Masks required for all gate/table/concessions workers, and gloves required for concessions
Temperature checks will be administered at the gate
Spectators (50% capacity)
Attendance is limited to two (2) household members or grandparents per participant
Schools will submit a guest list and confirm household members of participants in advance
Students with parents in separate homes will be allowed to invite two from both households
Entrance for all fans will be at the Safe Room on the northeast side of the school building
Spectators will identify themselves at the gate and have their temperature checked
Masks are required to cover nose and mouth at all times
Social Distancing should be maintained
Do not linger after games
Concessions
A limited concession will be available (soda and candy bars)
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the Safe Room near the concessions
Rationale
The guidelines are consistent with the Minatare Public Schools Administration, the Nebraska State Activities Association, the Panhandle Public Health Unified Command, and the Governor of Nebraska’s Directed Health Measure
We want to keep our season from being interrupted due to viral spread
We want to keep our students, staff, patrons, and guests safe
