Ms. Sonnie’s Health class had the opportunity to visit the Cheyenne County Community Center and tour the Training Room! Students were able to explore some of the health and fitness opportunities available right here in our community.
During their visit, students learned more about the importance of staying physically active and how community resources can support a healthy lifestyle. This experience gave students a chance to connect what they are learning in the classroom to real-life health and wellness opportunities available to them.
Thank you to the Cheyenne County Community Center for welcoming our students and allowing us to explore the Training Room! We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the resources available in our community and encourage students to continue finding ways to prioritize their health and well-being.

The volleyball team wrapped up the first week of practice with 6am volleyball freaky Friday practice! Theme: Soldier Boy!
Student Registration will be available on August 12th. Juniors and Seniors can register from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and Freshman and Sophomores can register from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
